The Amici della Storia regularly organize conferences and debates on various historical and current topics, bringing together historians, scientists, journalists, and popularizers for open discussion. The goal is to stimulate critical reflection and the formation of opinions free from prejudice.
We firmly believe that history is not a mere list of facts, but a fundamental tool for analyzing the world around us and making informed decisions.
We are convinced that the exchange of ideas, even if sometimes controversial, is essential to a democratic society.
The association has no political affiliation and welcomes authoritative contributions, emphasizing that its initiatives are conceived as debates open to all.
