The Poldi Pezzoli Museum presents Wonders of the Grand Tour, an exhibition created
with the Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York.
At the center is the masterpiece Ancient Rome (1757) by Giovanni Paolo Panini,
in Milan for the first time: a sumptuous imaginary gallery with over fifty views of ancient Roman ruins, populated by statues, monuments and figures from antiquity.
Exceptionally illustrated by Maestro Fabio Sartorelli.
The exhibition culminates in the video work "All the Gods" by the award-winning
director Ferzan Ozpetek.
